About PHCMCC

The Pasco, Hernando & Citrus Minority Chamber of Commerce (PHCMCC) is a tri-county regional chamber serving Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties.

Through business-development programs, supplier connections, leadership initiatives and regional events, PHCMCC helps entrepreneurs and organizations of every stage strengthen operations, increase visibility and build meaningful business relationships. We welcome all businesses and community partners that share our commitment to inclusion, collaboration, sustainable growth, and a stronger regional economy.

Who We Are

The Pasco, Hernando & Citrus Minority Chamber of Commerce is a Florida nonprofit corporation serving the tri-county business community and organizations that operate in, serve or want to build relationships within the region. PHCMCC’s federal 501(c)(6) tax-exempt application is pending.

PHCMCC welcomes everyone who supports its mission. Our intentional focus on minority-owned and underserved businesses recognizes longstanding gaps in access to education, information, relationships, procurement, capital, visibility and economic opportunity. Participation is not limited to any racial, ethnic, political or protected group.

Mission

To strengthen the tri-county business ecosystem by improving access to useful information, preparation, relationships, visibility and opportunity pathways.

Vision

A regional economy where businesses can become informed, connected, prepared and positioned to compete, collaborate and contribute.

Why PHCMCC Is Different

We are more than a meet-and-greet organization. PHCMCC works on the ground to move useful resources into the right hands, build relationships with decision-makers and resource partners, increase business readiness and visibility, and create pathways from information to action.
