Accessibility and Additional Assistance

PHCMCC wants members, applicants and visitors to be able to understand and participate in its website, programs and events. Reasonable assistance requests are welcomed and kept private as appropriate.

  • Sign-language interpretation when available
  • English, Spanish or Haitian Creole language assistance

  • Another reasonable accommodation

A diagnosis is not required when the request provides enough information to understand the accommodation needed. Requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, available resources, notice provided and applicable requirements. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific accommodation, but PHCMCC will consider reasonable options.
